Recruiting

As some of you may have noticed recruiting and fleet activity has dropped a bit. Recruiting is essential to expanding the fleet and a lack of expanding could mean the death of the fleet, so everyone please start inviting people. If you're playing with someone in an open-instance and you liked playing with them just ask them if they would like to join, you don't necessarily have to put a recruiting message out in zone chat every 5 minutes. Just ask around. Also recruiting is a nice way to show that you are active and trustworthy within the fleet. So the more you recruit, the more likely you are to get promoted.
